Aesthetics by Louise Fitzpatrick – Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Aesthetics by Louise Fitzpatrick, all staff are professionally trained and approved according to our treatment protocols. While we strive to provide continuity, we do not guarantee continued treatment with a specific staff member.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in a £50 cancellation fee per appointment, which may be deducted from any existing treatment plan without refund.

For missed appointments without notice, a cancellation fee may be charged, and future treatments may require advance payment.

Clients who have purchased a course of treatments and fail to attend a session will be charged for the missed appointment.

Arrival & Late Attendance

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete any required paperwork.
Late arrivals may result in:

Reduced treatment time
Forfeiture of your appointment
A £50 no-show charge

Clinic Cancellations

We aim to run all appointments on time. However, if we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we reserve the right to do so and will make every effort to contact you in advance to reschedule.
Please note: no refunds will be provided in such cases.

Important Booking Information

Please read the following before booking your appointment online:

You must be over 18 years of age to book and receive treatment.
If you have any medical conditions or are taking any medications, please call or message the clinic prior to booking.
Your skin must be clean and makeup-free on arrival for all treatments.
Pre-care is essential for all facial and laser treatments:
If you are going on holiday or have recently returned, there must be at least a 3-week gap before or after your treatment.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you cannot receive treatment.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a £50 fee or the forfeiture of your treatment.

Pre-Treatment Requirements

You will be informed of any pre-treatment guidelines. Failure to follow these instructions may lead to:

Appointment cancellation
Reduced treatment time
Additional charges

Booking Deposits & Payments

To secure your appointment, a £50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This can be paid by cash or charged to your card.

If your treatment costs less than £50, full payment will be required upon booking.
This deposit does not apply to clients booking from an existing treatment package.
All deposits or payments made to Aesthetics by Louise Fitzpatrick are non-refundable.

Treatment & Course Payments

All treatment bookings must be paid in full upon arrival at the clinic.
Courses and treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Deposits will be deducted from the outstanding balance on the day of your treatment.

Treatment Courses

All treatments purchased as part of a course:

Must be paid in full before the first session
Must be booked and completed within 12 months of purchase
Any unused sessions after 12 months will be forfeited

Results & Aftercare

Aesthetics by Louise Fitzpatrick is not responsible for results if the recommended treatment course or aftercare is not followed.

Discounts & Offers

All discounts are applied to the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) and cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.
All decisions made by management are final and not open to negotiation.

Medical Disclosure Policy

Aesthetics by Louise Fitzpatrick reserves the right to refuse treatment without reservation if you fail to disclose any serious or infectious medical conditions at the time of booking.

If such information is withheld, you will forfeit your treatment cost or deposit.

Clients are required to inform us of any changes to medical conditions, medications, or allergies at least 48 hours prior to their treatment appointment.
